for the following international seminar in Bosnia-Herzegowina our 
project partners are ugently looking for two participants coming from 
Georgia, Azerbaijan or Armenia. In the best case the interested persons 
have already visa for Bosnia-Herzegovina or are living in the EU but 
coming originally from Georgia, Azerbaijan or Armenia.

*International Seminar "**Youth breaks the barriers!** **Mediation & 
reconciliation tools in European youth work activities"** **Ključ, 
Bosnia-Herzegovina, **24^th of February – 2^nd of March 2009***

The seminar "Youth breaks the barriers! Mediation & reconciliation tools 
in European youth work activities" is dedicated to the discussion about 
different concepts and methods of mediation and negotiation techniques 
as tools in intercultural youth work activities for managing conflicts 
and the support of reconciliation processes in Europe. The seminar 
offers the opportunity for organisations and their representatives from 
programme countries and neighbouring partner countries from South 
Eastern Europe (SEE) and Eastern Europe (EECA) to exchange and to 
discuss their working experiences and strategies which methods and tools 
are appropriate to communicate among young people tolerance, mutual 
understanding in conflict situation with the aim to strengthen efforts 
for reconciliation processes in Europe.
Therefore the main objectives of the seminar are:

- To exchange methods and strategies for mediation and negotiation 
techniques for managing conflicts and support of reconciliation processes

- To exchange methods and skills in international youth work on 
mediation and negotiation techniques for managing conflicts and support 
of reconciliation processes

- To enlarge knowledge about social and cultural challenges in Europe

- To create new youth projects on managing conflicts and reconciliation 
within the Youth in Action programme
