Summer in the City =96  Invitation to eurotope.net conference in Prague

Connections are important =96 especially for the young environmental movem=
ent in Europe. That=92s why 
the project eurotope.net was initiated by Youth and Environment Europe (YE=
E) and the Youth 
Association for the Protection of Nature (NAJU) in September last year. By=
 now www.eurotope.net 
offers you the chance to connect via internet with environmental activists=
, which really make a 
difference in their country. 
Now it=92s time to de-digitalize them! A real face-to-face exchange of you=
ng European activists will 
take place at the eurotope.net conference this summer. Will you join us? 

Come to Prague from the 8th =96 10th of August 2006 to celebrate this even=
t with us. You will not 
only have the chance to build up your personal connections with young key =
players in the 
environmental movement. This event gives you the full package of 3 days le=
arning and fun:  

 	International evening with music and food from all over Europe
 	Project Management workshop (with certificate)
 	Live music
 	Discussion plenum 
 	Information exchange fair 
 	Shooting of a conference film
 	Connectivity workshop
 	Exploring Prague=92s nightlife
 	Excursion in the surroundings of Prague

Food and Accommodation: will be provided by YEE and NAJU. 

Travel costs: The eurotope.net conference is following the YEE Annual Meet=
ing (2nd =967th of August). 
YEE refunds 70% of the travel costs for all first representatives of an or=
ganisation joining YEE=92s 
Annual Meeting. These participants of the YEE Annual meeting which also jo=
in the eurotope.net 
conference will get an additional 30% travel cost refund (up to 100 =80).
For all the other participants of the eurotope.net conference travel costs=
 can be covered up to the 
maximum of 100 =80. 
Travel costs will be reimbursed and transferred after the conference with =
the handing in of your 
tickets.

Please contact us if you want to join the conference but can=92t afford to=
 buy a ticket in spite of 
the reimbursement of 100 =80. Together we might find a solution.

Conference fee: all participants have to pay a conference fee of 20 =80. (=
To be paid in cash at the 
conference or it will be subtracted from your travel reimbursement.)

l. If you have any
